Yukon is managed by Filip Legein and Steven Vander Meeren.

Filip Legein (°67) is founder and managing partner of Yukon. Filip worked from 1995 to 1999 for ABN Amro in the Debt Capital Markets division in Brussels and Amsterdam. From 1993 to 1995 Filip worked for JP Morgan in the Global Markets division in Brussels, New York and Paris. Filip studied at KU Leuven, where he obtained a Master of Science in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering in 1990 and a Master of Business Administration in 1992. Filip has more than ten years experience as management team and/or board member of several SME's.

Steven Vander Meeren (°70) is managing partner of Yukon. Steven worked from 1998 to 2000 for ABN Amro in the Debt Capital Markets division in London and Amsterdam. From 1994 to 1998 Steven worked for JP Morgan in the Global Markets division in Brussels, New York and London. Steven studied at KU Leuven, where he obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration in 1994 (KUL/Columbia Business School). Steven has more than ten years experience as management team and/or board member of several SME's.

The board of directors of Yukon is composed of Filip Legein, Steven Vander Meeren, and Jan Bruwier.

Jan Bruwier (°62) is a partner of Yukon. Jan graduated with a Masters in Applied Economics at KU Leuven in 1986. After an international career with, among other European Future Structures, and Röder AG, he worked as a management consultant in Paris, London and Dublin. For the King Baudouin Foundation, he was consultant funds "Young Entrepreneurs" and "Good Ideas for Creating Jobs" from 1997 to 2000. He is also founder and director of several SME’s in the educational services sector.

The managing partners and directors of Yukon are also the principal shareholders of Yukon.
